These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and all services provided by AAA Locksmith (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By contacting us, requesting service, or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AAA Locksmith is a mobile locksmith service provider offering residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services, including emergency services.
All services are provided on-site at the customer’s location. We do not operate walk-in storefronts in all service areas.
Service availability, response time, pricing, and scope of work may vary based on location, technician availability, time of service, traffic conditions, weather, and job complexity.
Response times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Any price estimates provided by phone, text message, email, or online are non-binding estimates only.
Final pricing is determined on-site after inspection and evaluation by the technician.
By authorizing work to begin, the customer agrees to the final on-site price.
Emergency services, after-hours service, weekend service, holiday service, complex jobs, or specialized services may incur additional charges.
The customer represents and warrants that they are the property owner or an authorized party for the property or vehicle requiring service.
By requesting service, the customer authorizes AAA Locksmith to perform the requested work and to make reasonable modifications necessary to complete the service.
AAA Locksmith reserves the right to require proof of ownership or authorization prior to performing certain services.
Service may be canceled prior to technician dispatch without charge.
Once a technician is dispatched or arrives on-site, a service call and/or dispatch fee may apply, regardless of whether work is performed.
Special orders, custom parts, or non-stock items are non-cancelable once ordered.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.
All sales are final once services are rendered. No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.
Failure to remit payment may result in collection efforts, including recovery of reasonable collection costs, attorney fees, and court costs as permitted by law.
AAA Locksmith provides a limited workmanship warranty where applicable.
Manufacturer warranties apply to parts or equipment when provided.
Except as expressly stated:
All services and materials are provided “AS IS”.
AAA Locksmith disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
AAA Locksmith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
AAA Locksmith is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, worn components, structural issues, or prior unauthorized repairs.
The customer agrees to:
Provide safe, lawful, and unobstructed access to the service location.
Ensure the work environment is free from hazards.
Secure pets, valuables, and personal property.
AAA Locksmith is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to unsafe, inaccessible, or non-compliant conditions.
AAA Locksmith operates in multiple service areas and states.
Services are subject to local regulations, technician availability, and operational coverage.
AAA Locksmith reserves the right to decline service in locations where service is unavailable, unsafe, or non-compliant with applicable laws or regulations.
By providing your contact information, you consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, or email regarding your service request, including confirmations, updates, and follow-ups.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the customer and AAA Locksmith regarding services provided and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements unless expressly stated in writing.
